After School Clubs

We run an out of hours After School Club which runs every day between 3.30pm and 6.00pm during term time only. This provision is open to all children who attend St Vincent's VC Academy. Children need to be registered with the club and parents must complete an After School Club agreement including a booking form and collection form. This can be requested at the school office.

For out of school clubs in which the youngest children are younger than reception age, the standard EYFS statutory staffing ratios (usually 1:8 but can be 1:13 if you have highly qualified staff) applies for these children. To ensure that we are operating at a safe level, we must stick within these ratios, meaning that we have limited availability for our out-of-hours service.

After-school club places must be booked by 12pm Thursday of the week before. Bookings must be made at the following email address: asc@stvhull.org
